​It gives you the time and space to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, so you can develop a better understanding of yourself, others, and the world around you.

You might know exactly what you want to work on or, there may be so many different areas you quite simply don’t know where to start. I am here to be with you whilst you figure out for yourself what you need. It is your space and there is no right or wrong way.
